Hello all,
Clover and Folly has just embarked on an exciting fashion adventure up the California coastline! I will be documenting my travels and the jewelry made along the way by posting regularly and keeping you all up to date about the happenings of the trip.
Just yesterday I was driving through Los Angeles which, if you've ever driven through the City of Angels you know this can be an adventure in itself... Anyways I got a little lost trying to get back on the 101 North when from the road I spotted a quirky junk yard. So, naturally, I stopped in for a quick minute to take a look.
THIS is what I found:
Dust covered glass lamps hang from the wood ceiling in an outdoor exploratorium.
A spiraling staircase sits pleasantly next to a matching fire hydrant.

Peeling paint in various colors give charm to old doors.
That's just a taste of the miniature adventures I've found on the trip so far.
I now sit in a coffee shop in San Luis Obispo called Kreuzberg. It's got a comfy hip vibe and the matte is pretty good. I'm hoping to catch some live music here later??
More to come soon...
